The Food Safety Services Code applies to service providers to the food industry whose activities support, protect, or enhance food safety. It is designed for organizations that deliver services either at a customer’s site or from their own facilities and seek to provide confidence and assurance that their services are managed in a manner consistent with food safety expectations.
