⚠️
Important: The technical reviwer is the only user profile with the power to send an audit back to the auditor.

1. To initiate the technical review process, click on the module you wish to open, located under the certification details.

2. After opening the module, you will be directed to the Post-Audit page. Click on “ACTIVITY FORM” located in the upper left corner of the screen. This will take you to the audit questions, responses, evidence, and sectional summaries submitted by the auditor during the audit.

3. Here you can begin to read through the audit module and review the auditor-provided responses, evidence, attachments, and sectional summary.

4. For minor changes, you can edit the activity form by returning to the “Post Activity” menu in the upper left corner.

5. When you click the Edit button, a message will appear prompting you to start and complete the “Activity Form”.

6. Return to the “Activity Form” to edit responses, upload evidence, update sectional summaries, and add attachments if needed.

7. When you’ve finished editing the “Activity Form,” click the Submit button in the upper right-hand corner to close the module.

8. If the audit needs to be returned to the auditor for additional information or corrections, click the “Reject” button.

9. Clicking the Reject button will prompt you to provide a reason. Enter your reason in the text field, then click Confirm. This will reopen the module and return it to the auditor for corrections.

10. When you have finished reviewing the audit and all questions, sectional summaries, and corrective actions are answered or completed satisfactorily, you will go back to the audit process page by clicking on the “This Audit” link on the “Summary” Page of the audit.

11. To complete the review process, click the “Approve” button in the upper right corner of the “Certification Process” page to advance the audit to the next stage.
