How Do I Configurate A New Certificate on the SQF Assessment Database?

Prerequisites

An Active Profile on the SQF Assessment Database.
Be chosen by your Certification Body to receive the Certification Administrator profile.

Steps

A) Log into the SQF Assessment Database

Open the portal: Visit https://sqfi.compliancemetrix.com/
Enter details: Input Username (e-mail address) and Password

B) Click "Certification Configuration" tab on the Menu (located on the left side)

Once under the "Certification Configuration" tab, click on "Create New Configuration" (Initially, this list will be blank, but after creating Certificate Templates, a list based on Certification Type will show, as in the picture above). Note: Only create one certificate template per Certification Type

C) Choose Certification Type (Based on the type of Audit that the Certificate will be created for)

Once the Certification Type has been selected, an additional dropdown appears to select the Certification Template options, as shown below.

D) Customize Certificate by selecting the Background, Company Logo, Accreditation Logo and Signatures

Click the tab for each section and add the graphic of your choice (as shown in the picture below)

*The guidelines for the graphics/images that can be used for this section are shown via the blue information icon to the right of each option and are shown in the chart below:

E) Generate Certificate and Activate

Once all of the graphics/images have been selected, click on the Save Draft
After clicking Save Draft, click on the Activate button to the right

FAQs

Can you have more than 1 edition 9 Certificate?
No, you can only have 1 certificate per certification type.

What size should the JPEG, PNG or JPG photos be?
The pictures used in the Certificate Generator should be 816 x 1056 or smaller, and use brighter colors for better visual appeal.

How to fix an incorrect certificate?
Go to Action Items, make the necessary changes, then regenerate the certificate.
