Dedicated Expo hours are scheduled each day, and the Expo is open to all attendees throughout the event. All exhibitors receive a pre- and post-event electronic mailing list with names, addresses, and email addresses (if the attendee opts in). The attendee list is to be used on a limited basis and not added to your database. The contact needs to opt into your communications.

Expo Map
Booths are set up through our partnered contractor, Shepard Exposition Services. Each 10’x10’ booth comes with an 8‘ back drape, 3’ side drapes, a 6’ x 30” table, 2 side chairs, and a wastebasket. The Expo is not carpeted. Electrical power and additional furniture can be purchased through Shepard Exposition Services. An attendee registration list (of those that have opted in) will be sent out to exhibitors and sponsors. Please note that this list is only available on a limited basis and that you cannot upload it to your database.

Booth Assignment and Selection Process
Booths will be assigned with Sponsors by level first, and based on the order of contract received, and invoice paid, then exhibitors in order of receipt.
Steps to be assigned an SQF Unites Expo Booth:
- Send your signed Sponsor and/or Exhibitor Application Contract to Cole Casten.
- You will receive your SQF invoice.
- After payment, you will then be contacted when it is time to select your booth.
