Group Room Rate: $319 per night, plus a $20 resort fee and taxes. Total nightly rate of $387. 

Reservation Cut-off Date: February 15, 2027 (though the hotel may sell out before this date).

Parking 

  • Overnight self-parking is available for $20 per night, plus 2.6% tax.
  • Overnight valet parking is available for $39 per night and includes unlimited in-and-out privileges and 24-hour service.

Weather

March temperatures typically range between 48°F and 75°F. Mornings and evenings can be chilly, with warmer temperatures during the day. Low humidity and minimal rainfall are expected.

 

You Should Bring

  • Casual business attire – most important is that you are comfortable.
  • Conference rooms can get chilly, we recommend bringing layers!
  • Business cards.
  • Portable phone charger for during the day.
  • Comfortable shoes – it’s a big hotel and a long day.

Important Information

Note: The event room block will sell out prior to the reservation deadline, so book early. FMI cannot guarantee hotel rates or availability after the reservation deadline.

*FMI and SQFI reserve the right to review the event room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the event. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, including requests for specific room types.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room rate and tax fee.

Early Departure Policy: Guests must notify the front desk at check-in if they plan to depart earlier than their reserved departure date. Early departures are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate and tax.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations: FMI/SQFI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event, and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences. We will never call you or email you and request payment for deposits, etc.
