At the current time, we are moving forward with plans to hold the SQF Conference in Orlando this October to share updates on Edition 9 as well as discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the food safety industry including the Covid-19 crisis.
At the same time, we continue to monitor the ever-changing situation and place the utmost importance on protecting the health and safety of our conference participants. As we develop contingency plans for this event, we will keep you updated if there are any changes to the conference format.

*Discounted registration fees must be paid in full by 15 days after the cutoff date for each discounted level. After 15 days, the next (lower) discount will be automatically applied.
**Online registration closes on October 22, 2020. All registrations fees must be paid by this date, after which registrations will be automatically cancelled and attendees will need to re-register at the conference and pay the onsite rate ($1,345).

There are no “exhibit-only” or 1-day passes available.
Conference rates include the Tuesday reception, Wednesday social event, 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches. Rates do not include hotel accommodations or travel.
Spouse/Partner rate includes attendance at the Tuesday reception and Wednesday social event. It does not include any education sessions or access to the exhibit hall.
Refund of the registration fee will be made for any cancellation received in writing to email@example.com by September 25, 2020. Any cancellations received after September 25, 2020, will not be refunded unless the in-person event is cancelled after this date. Please note, registrations can be transferred to another company employee at any point prior to the conference.
In the event that the conference cannot take place in person due to circumstances beyond our control, participants may either:
- Request a full refund or
- Apply their registration fee to a virtual event, if offered. Any difference between the registration fee for an in-person event and a virtual event will be refunded.
- Apply their registration fee to a future SQF conference (2021 or 2022).
