Trainers
At the SQF Institute, we believe creating a safer food supply can only be accomplished by demanding excellence at every stop along the food chain. This excellence is only possible through providing the highest standards for food safety education. This begins with the Training Centers who are licensed to conduct SQF courses and their instructors, the SQF Trainers. Licensed SQF Trainers are highly knowledgeable about the SQF Code and are able to provide guidance to individuals who are just familarizing themselves with the SQF Program as well as seasoned SQF veterans. SQF Trainers must be registered by SQFI and be employed with a Licensed Training Center to teach SQF Courses. The role of the SQF Trainer is to impart knowledge onto Food Safety professionals so that they can build, develop, or improve upon their facility’s SQF Food Safety Plan. SQF Trainers must maintain all standards of client focus, integrity, competency, professionalism and accountability outlined in the Criteria for SQF Trainers. Find out more about getting registered as an SQF Trainer or about training options for becoming an SQF Trainer, please refer to the Criteria for SQF Trainers.
