HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
If you are placing your first order with SQFI, you will be asked to create a personal profile. You may create a personal profile after you add items to your shopping cart or before you search the database. If you have shopped with us before and you forgot your user name and password, please contact us at email@example.com.
Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to search the database and place your order.
Find the item you want.
Search our database for the item you’re looking for. Enter a description (one or more words) in the box to the right of the main publications page. If you do not find what you need, consider the “can’t find what you’re looking for” link for a more advanced search by product ID, category, language, etc. Tip: when searching the database, less is more. Your search results will yield more choices if you keep your search strategy simple.
Add Items To Your Shopping Cart.
If you would like to purchase one of our featured items, or top sellers, simply click on the product title. This will take you to the Product Search Results page. If you have done a search for a product, the Product Search Results page will automatically display. To purchase the item, check the box and click the “Add to Cart” button. To change the quantity, simply change the number and click the "Update Quantity" button. To remove a product from your shopping cart, click the "Remove" link next to a specific product. To keep shopping, click the "Keep Shopping" button. When you are ready to make your purchase, go to "Proceed to Checkout."

At this point, if you have not already created a personal profile, you will be instructed to do so.
If you are a repeat customer, or if you have registered in the past for one of our training sessions or meetings, please enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name and password, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By creating a personal profile, you are creating a record of your name, company name (if applicable), address, phone, and email, and choosing a user name and password that is needed to order publications or register for meetings during future visits to our site.
To create your personal profile, click on the link to Create a Personal Profile . You may already be in our database. Please fill in your first and last names, to search our database and click on "submit." If you find your name, please click the Forgot Password link and your username and password will be emailed to you. If you did not find your name, please continue by clicking on Create a Personal Profile. Simply fill in the boxes with your information, being sure to fill in the email address, username and password. Once you have filled in all of your information, please click the link Back to What I was Doing. This will return you to placing your order.
When you create a personal profile, your name and shipping address, will be displayed on this page. If you wish to change your shipping address, you may do so by clicking on the Change link next to the address line.
Paying For Your Order
Choose your credit card type, enter in your name, credit card number and expiration date. When finished, click on the submit button.
Note: Clicking the "submit" button more than once will result in having your credit card charged multiple times.
Review and Submit Your Order
You will receive a thank you page after your order has been confirmed, and you will see a link to your product on this page. This page can be printed and used as a receipt. You will also receive email notification of your order. If you have any questions about your order, please call 202-220-0635.

Why Do I Have to Create a Personal Profile?

SQFI accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
My credit card was declined. What Now?
If you feel this message was received in error, please enter your credit card information again or use a different card. Your order will not be completed or fulfilled until payment has been received.
I’m having problems with my digital download.
You will receive the link to download your product in two different places. The link is on the thank you page after your order has been completed as well as in the email sent to the purchaser's email address based on the account used when the order was placed. If you did not receive this email, please contact SQFI at 202-220-0635. You have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to download your digital file. After that time, the link expires.
