Group Discount
Groups of 5 or more receive a $50 discount on the prevailing price (conference rate only - does not apply to training classes). Please contact FMI registration for more details and to register your group. Group registrants must be from the same company with the same email domain (ie. @sqfi.com).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation received in writing to register@fmi.org by October 20, 2017. If notice is received after October 20, 2017, a 60% refund will be given. Any cancellations received after October 27, 2017, will not be refunded. Please note, registrations can be transferred to another company employee at any point prior to the conference.
*Conference rates include the Wednesday social event, Tuesday reception, 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches. Rates do not include hotel accommodations or travel.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please Note: The SQFI room block at the official conference hotel is sold out on Wednesday, November 8th. There may still be some rooms available for the 5th, 6th and 7th of November. Attendees can find alternative options that are within a mile of the Hyatt Regency here.

Reservation Cut-off Date: Wednesday, October 11, 2017, 5:00 p.m. (hotel local time).
After the cut-off date, FMI cannot guarantee hotel availability or the reduced group rate, so please book early.
Hotel Cancellation & Changes
All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your room deposit.
Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Hotel reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly or using the official hotel link provided in your confirmation e-mail. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
