Groups of 5 or more receive a $50 discount on the prevailing price (conference rate only). Please contact FMI registration for more details and to register your group. Group registrants must be from the same company with the same email domain (ie. @sqfi.com).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation received in writing to register@fmi.org by October 10, 2014. If notice is received by October 17, 2014, a 60% refund will be given. Any cancellations received after October 17, 2014, will not be refunded. Please note, registrations can be transferred to another company employee at any point prior to the conference.

SQF has received reports that a hotel broker has contacted SQF Conference attendees to solicit the purchase of hotel rooms for the SQF International Conference. Please be aware that this company is NOT affiliated with or endorsed by SQF. Booking through unauthorized service providers has resulted in unconfirmed bookings, lost payments and increased room rates and the hotel may have no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting.
Do not fall victim to this practice — Reserve your hotel rooms directly with the hotel of your choice by contacting them or using their specific website. Do not make reservations with any companies that contact you directly, claiming to represent any hotel or the SQF Conference.

Rates
SQF has negotiated a very competitive hotel room rate of 175.00 / night plus tax (currently 12.5%). The rate includes complimentary internet access in sleeping rooms and NO RESORT FEE. Please note: You must make a reservation with the SQF group block to recieve free internet and avoid the Hotel Resort Fee of 20 dollars per night!
SQF has also negotiated a 50% self-parking discount for SQF registered guests.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 14 miles from the hotel (approximately 20 minutes drive time). The approximate one-way taxi fare is $35.00. Self-Parking is currently available at the hotel for a reduced daily rate of $ 9.00 (for registered guests in the SQF / FMI block). Valet parking is available for $24.00 /day.
Airport Shuttle service is available from several providers at the airport for a fee. Please follow the shuttle signs from the baggage claim area.
