CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation received in writing to register@fmi.org by October 21, 2011. If notice is received by October 28, 2011, a 60% refund will be given. Any cancellations received after October 28, 2011, will not be refunded. Please note, registrations can be transferred to another company employee at any point prior to the conference.
*Full conference rates include two receptions, breakfasts and lunches. Rates do not include hotel accommodations or travel expenses.
**Individuals that register and pay for the SQF International Conference are welcome to attend the SQF Information Day and Evening Reception as part of registration. There will be an option to select the Information Day in the online registration portal. Those wishing to only participate in the SQF Information Day may do so for free. If you would like to attend the SQF International Conference's Opening Reception, you may purchase a ticket for $50.00.

ROOM RATES
SQF has negotiated a very competitive hotel room rate of $139 single/double occupancy (plus tax - currently 17.74%). SQF's hotel rate includes free internet access in your guest room and complimentary parking.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be made using the online reservation system or by calling Marriott International's Reservations toll-free number 1-800-266-9432.
To get the negotiated SQF rate, please mention the SQF Conference/Food Marketing Institute when making your reservation. Reservations must be made prior to October 14, 2011 to receive the special room rate. After this date reservations may be made if space is available and may be subject to higher rates. Reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to higher than expected attendance at the SQF International Conference, the Renaissance Hotel has a limited number of rooms remaining and may be sold out! Our overflow hotel, the Embassy Suites, has also sold-out.
Additional rooms have been secured at the Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Convention Center (711 N. Broadway, St. Louis, MO, 314-231-8100). The hotel is located approximately .3 miles (4 blocks) from the Renaissance Grand.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations at the Renaissance must be canceled prior to 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night's rate plus tax.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel is located in downtown St Louis,15 miles from the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport (STL).
Driving directions: Follow Interstate 70 East for approximately 15 miles to downtown St. Louis and exit at Broadway (one way street). Continue on Broadway to Washington Avenue and turn right. The hotel is two blocks up on the left side of street across from the America's Center Complex at 8th Street and Washington Avenue.
This Renaissance hotel does not provide shuttle service.
