Event Sponsorships Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors have the opportunity to make a 15 minute presentation at one of the following meal events:
Basic audio visual equipment (wireless microphone, screen and projector) will be provided upon request except for the Thursday Night FIESTA! Event, where, for logistical reasons, only a hand-held microphone can be provided. Hospitality Suites Platinum sponsor receives 3 nights accommodation (Check in on Tuesday, October 20 and check out on Friday, October 23 October) for up to 2 guests in the Presidential Suite (room and tax only - incidentals and room service are NOT included). The Presidential Suite can also be used as a hospitality suite throughout the conference (Tuesday, October 20th at 3:00 p.m. until Friday, October 23rd at 12:00 p.m.) Up to 20 people can be accommodated cocktail-style in the suite. Gold sponsor has access to the Governors' Suite for use as a hospitality suite on Wednesday, October 21 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, October 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to host private events. Up to 12 delegates can be accommodated at each event. Food and beverage not included. Breakout Session Hosting Platinum and Gold Sponsors may host one breakout session or roundtable (for supplier, retailer or auditor/consultant audiences) on a relevant topic selected by SQF. Post-Conference Web Presentations Platinum and Gold Sponsors can take advantage of SQFI's webinar technology to create pre-recorded web presentations that will be posted to the SQF web site after the conference, according to the following schedule: Platinum sponsor may create two presentations within a 12 month period immediately following the 2009 SQF Conference. Each presentation can be posted to the SQFI website for up to 6 months. Gold sponsors may create one presentation within a 6 month period immediately following the 2009 SQF Conference. The presentation can be posted to the SQFI website for up to 6 months. SQFI reserves the right to review the content of presentations before posting. Banner Ads Specs for the SQF Conference Website Specs for Web Ad Space will be rotating on a loop at 180 pixel width by 150 pixel height. Directory Advertisements Platinum sponsor may place a full-page 4-color advertisement on the inside front cover of the conference directory. The advertisement may be in Spanish or English since the directory will be bilingual. The inside front cover is located in the English section of the directory. Gold sponsor may place a full-page 4-color advertisement on the inside back cover of the conference directory. The advertisement may be in Spanish or English since the directory will be bilingual. The inside back cover is located in the Spanish section of the directory. Alternatively, the sponsor may elect to place a full page black and white advertisement in either section of the directory. Silver sponsors may place a full-page black and white advertisement in the conference directory. The advertisement may be in Spanish or English. Bronze sponsors may place a half-page black and white advertisement in the conference directory. Complimentary Conference Registration Complimentary conference registrations are allocated as follows:
Exhibitors and delegates must display their registration badge at all times. All individuals participating in the conference and exhibits must be registered for the conference. A conference registration form must accompany the sponsorship application form and payment. Promotional Literature in Conference Bag All sponsors may send 1-2 items (handouts, brochures, trinkets) to be included in the conference bag that will be given to all attendees. Please send items to the hotel to arrive no later than Friday, October 16, 2009. Labels will be provided for your convenience. Please make sure that all shipments of promotional items for the conference bags are sent to the attention of Eveth Castellanos / Amanda Bond-Thorley. If packages are labeled incorrectly, we will not be able to retrieve the contents and will be unable to include them in the bags. EXHIBITOR INFORMATIONAll sponsorships at the $ 3,500 and above level include a tabletop exhibit consisting of: Exhibitors will be able to set up a tabletop exhibit in the foyer area immediately adjacent to the breakout rooms. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet with exhibitors during the various coffee breaks. Since access to electrical outlets may be limited, we suggest that you restrict your display to promotional materials and tabletop backdrops only. We cannot guarantee access to an electrical outlet. Pop-up displays cannot be placed outside of the table space. Posters and other display materials may not be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Please email a description of your company for inclusion in the conference directory. Please include company name, address, website, sales contact information and company description. Description should be no longer than 75 words and should include a brief overview of your company's products and services.
