Mr. Decker has an extensive background in food microbiology, laboratory operations, and safety programs. He joined the staff of the Silliker New Jersey operation in 1977 and over the next two decades, he served in a number of management positions at Silliker, including laboratory director of its New Jersey and Pennsylvania testing facilities and general manager of eastern operations.

In his present role, he handles foodborne illness investigations and assists companies in developing and implementing a wide range of safety and quality systems, including GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation.

Mr. Joret is responsible for Agriculture, Feed Milling and Hen Processing for Deans Foods, the largest egg business in the U.K. marketing the eggs from over 13 million hens, with a turnover of £350 million and some 2500 employees. Deans Foods has 4 operating divisions, shell egg, egg products, feed milling and hen processing. Mr. Joret's prior experience extends to working in fully-integrated egg companies with parent flocks, hatchery, rearing and laying farms, feed mills, egg packing centres, liquid egg processing plant and end-of-lay processing facilities.
