Thank you for your interest in becoming an SQF auditor, consultant or trainer. We have streamlined the SQF application process and added the convenience of applying directly online. Applicants are now able to complete and submit their new, re-registration, and upgrade applications in one easy step. This process will allow for a quicker response time with the submitted application taking approximately 10 days to process.
Before you start with the online application process you may find it helpful to review the criteria documents. These documents contain valuable information regarding how the application process works and what information the review panel will be assessing. The criteria documents can be found on the SQFI website.
Please have your supporting documents, such as audit logs, HACCP logs, professional development records and certificates, ready to upload before you begin to complete the application. Once you begin the application process, you must complete the personal details section and save your information. If you leave the application page before submitting your personal details, you will have to restart from the beginning. To expedite the processing time of your application, please upload all supporting documents immediately after filling out the personal details section of the application. However, you will have 14 days to return to the application page and upload any supporting documentation.

A non-refundable application fee must be paid before registration will begin. Applications will not be processed until a payment method has been completed. Once an applicant has been approved and registration has been granted a registration fee will be charged and payment is required before certificates will be issued. Please see the fee structure as some of the fees have changed.
