What is Reliance?

Reliance is a data management and audit capture system that offers a unique solution to improve the efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of audits while containing costs. Reliance houses your site and product details, exportable audit reports, certificate information, and more. The system also serves as a liaison between you, your Auditor, and your Certification Body.

Which web browser is most suitable for Reliance?

Reliance operates best in Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0. Reliance is also supported in the following web browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 6.0
  • Internet Explorer 7.0
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.6
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.7

Are there Supplier user guides for completing tasks within Reliance? If so, where?

User guides for Reliance can be located in the Assessment Database page of the Suppliers tab. All guides open in PDF format and are printable for further viewing.

I’ve forgotten my username and password. Where can I retrieve my login information?

To receive an automated email with your username and a temporary password, select “Forgot Your Password” on the login screen of Reliance. For security purposes, you will be prompted to change your temporary password upon successful re-entrance to the database. If you do not receive an automated email with your login information after selecting “Forgot Your Password,” contact reliance@sqfi.com for further assistance.

What is the registration fee for Reliance?

Registration of your company with Reliance varies depending on the gross annual sales of your company. A fee chart is available here. This is an annual fee, to which you will be required to re-register exactly a year from the date your company is registered. You will be notified by Reliance in advance via email once you are granted the ability to re-register your company.

Is there an annual re-registration fee?

Yes, you will need to re-register your company with Reliance annually. The expiration date of your company is fixed to exactly one year following the date of your initial company registration. You will be granted the opportunity to re-register your company with Reliance exactly 90 days before your site expires within the system. A company re-registration user guide is available in the “Assessment Database,” then Existing Users page of the “Suppliers” tab.

I’m having an issue with Reliance. Who do I contact?

If you are having an issue with Reliance, feel free to first contact your Certification Body for assistance. You may also contact our database administration team at reliance@sqfi.com. If you are having financial issues with the Reliance registration or re-registration of your company, contact financial support at sqfibilling@sqfi.com.
